Justin is the President of H3 Hospitality, and, along with Seth Gadinsky, oversees all aspects of the company’s brokerage, development and consulting services.  Justin has represented both tenant/operators and property owners on numerous food and beverage and specialty retail leases, as well as consulted hotel owner/operators on strategies for the use of their public space.  Justin specializes in the negotiation of complex food and beverage and specialty retail deal structures, and has represented local, national and international operators on their expansion throughout South Florida and the US, employing 20 years of lease negotiation and development experience.

 Justin entered the commercial real estate business in Chicago in 1995 shortly after graduating from the University of Wisconsin at Madison.  After 8 years as a commercial broker in Chicago, first with Inland Real Estate Sales then as the principal of Urban Equities, LLC, Justin helped form Interra Development Partners in 2003, a retail development firm capitalized by Prudential Real Estate Investors, and soon thereafter relocated to Miami Beach to oversee the company’s Florida projects.  Justin joined Gadinsky Real Estate, H3’s sister company, in 2008, and has since worked with Seth Gadinsky to expand the company’s development, investment and brokerage efforts.  In 2012 Justin and Seth formed H3 Hospitality to service the real estate needs of the local hospitality and food and beverage industries; H3 has since grown into a national platform and assisted an array of local, national and international food and beverage operators, as well as provided leasing and development consulting services to commercial property owners and hotel owners throughout the US.

Sasha Dominguez graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business and Management. While she went to school and worked as a private banker with JP Morgan, she realized that commercial real estate was her passion and decided to transition into the industry. She now specializes in landlord representation, tenant representation, acquisitions and disposition in Miami-Dade County with a focus in urban retail properties. As an associate, she’s responsible for stabilizing assets through precise tenant-mix, marketing and leasing strategies. Working closely with land owners, developers and their consultants, Sasha has been able to reduce their risk exposure by underwriting prospects and analyzing financials statements meticulously. She has been successful in the strategic consultation with tenants throughout their expansion in various sub-markets to ensure they are well positioned for continued growth. Sasha is a native of Miami and an active member of the community, participating in organizations such as Commercial Real Estate for Women, Big Brothers Big Sisters, and The New Leaders Task Force, a group of the beacon council.

Raised in Coconut Grove and an alumnus of the University of Miami, Alexandra is deeply rooted in Miami. Alex started her career in public relations with Harrison & Shriftman and then created @BeyondSouthBeach, an Instagram highlighting Miami’s history, architecture and businesses, which remains a popular source for those seeking a view into Miami’s culture from a local perspective. Through deep exploration of Miami’s offerings and upon meeting various local business owners, Alex was inspired to enter the commercial real estate industry. Her knowledge of the city, combined with her persistence, communication skills and ability to connect with people fuels her clients' success.  Alex specializes in identifying and executing tenancy strategies for landlords and has already participated in the negotiation of multiple retail and food and beverage lease negotiations.  She is also an integral member of the H3 Hospitality project management team.



Seth Gadinsky is the owner of Gadinsky Real Estate, LLC, a full-service company specializing in retail, development, leasing, and site selection. He is also a co-principal of Vintage Real Estate Investment Fund, a privately held investment company focusing on strategic equity and commercial real estate opportunities in the southeast U.S; and H3 Hospitality which specializes in hotel development and site selection.

A veteran in the industry for over 30 years, Seth’s focuses on delivering high quality and innovative retail and hotel projects which enhance the community. His extensive list of core capabilities – from site valuation and construction to leasing and operations -combined with his solid relationships with other developers, financial institutions, and tenants, allows him to provide unparalleled value to his clients at every level of the development process.

Seth entered the real estate business upon graduating from M.I.T. in 1983 with a master’s degree in civil engineering. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Tufts University where he graduated Summa Cum Laude.

He chairs the Mayors Committee to improve Arthur Godfrey Road and also serves on the national board for the Anti-Defamation League.

Nicole Santander entered the commercial real estate business upon graduating from the University of Miami with a Masters degree in Business Administration in 2015. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies from Florida State University. Nicole was motivated to transition into commercial real estate by her background in hospitality and restaurant management where she developed a keen understand of the ever-changing Miami market. Nicole is a Miami native and active member of the community, participating in organizations such as Chapman Partnership and Leadership Miami.
