In 2009 Justin joined Gadinsky Real Estate, and has ever since worked closely with Seth Gadinsky in all aspects of the company’s development, investment, brokerage and consulting efforts. Justin directs the company’s day-to-day operations, notably development/construction administration oversight and lease negotiations.
Over the past 15+ years Justin has developed everything from single-tenant buildings to regional shopping centers, as well as consulted both private and institutional owners on complex retail development projects. Throughout Justin’s career he has negotiated and structured numerous retail, restaurant and entertainment venue leases.
Justin is a Miami Beach resident, and serves as a Pillar Member of the Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce, as well as an active member of the Mount Sinai Medical Center Foundation Young President’s Club.
Ellie Smith graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a B.A. in Political Science, where she received honors on the Commissioner’s List for maintaining above a 3.5 GPA. After playing Division 1 soccer with a full scholarship at the University of Alabama, Ellie returned to her roots and transferred to FAU, where she continued to play in her beloved home state. A Miami Beach resident and an active member of her community, Ellie is a Guardian Ad Litem and volunteers regularly at Camilus House. Focusing primarily on community-driven projects that cultivate retail experiences and gathering places for the residents of Miami. Currently specializing in the leasing of F&B for MiamiCentral, Ellie applies her passion for pioneering transit oriented developments and continuing a legacy set in place by her grandfather’s groundbreaking design work with Carr Smith & Associates on the Miami Metro Rail.
Seth Gadinsky is the owner of Gadinsky Real Estate, LLC, a full-service company specializing in all aspects of retail real estate. He is also a co-principal of Vintage Real Estate Investment Fund, a privately held investment company focusing on strategic equity and commercial real estate opportunities in the southeast U.S and Caribbean; and H3 Hospitality which specializes in helping hotels monetize their public spaces.
A veteran in the industry for 30 years, Seth’s focuses on delivering high quality and innovative retail projects which enhance the community. His extensive list of core capabilities – from site valuation and construction to leasing and operations -combined with his solid relationships with other developers, financial institutions, and tenants, allows him to provide unparalleled value to his clients at every level of the development process.
Seth is proud to be a preferred vendor for various national corporations, including Walgreens, and has represented many other tenants in lease and development projects including TD Bank, Amscot Financial, Publix Supermarkets, and Starbucks. He also represents property owners to help them assess the best way to monetize their properties or bring their developments to life.
A few of Seth’s current and recent projects include Doral Signature Shops, a joint venture with Armando Codina, Jim Carr and Daniel Hotte; Walgreens at Collins and 14th in Miami Beach; and Lakepoint, a 1,200-acre amateur sporting and entertainment community in Atlanta, GA.
Seth entered the real estate business upon graduating from M.I.T. in 1983 with a master’s degree in civil engineering. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Tufts University where he graduated Summa Cum Laude.
He is a member of the Dean’s Leadership Advisory Board for the College of Architecture and the Arts at Florida International University. He has also served as the Florida Board Chair for the Anti-Defamation League.
Sasha Dominguez graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor’s degree in International Business and Management. While she went to school and worked as a private banker with JPMorgan she realized that commercial real estate was her passion and decided to transition into the industry. Her past experience as always having a focus on the ‘client’ first, has allowed her to find the optimal path and develop the right strategy to achieve her client’s objectives. This skill has instilled the confidence for her to perform high in this sector. Sasha is a native of Miami and an active member of the community, participating in organizations such as Commercial Real Estate for Women, Big Brothers Big Sisters, and The New Leaders Task Force a group of the Beacon Council.
