Central Fare at Miami Central

“MiamiCentral”, which is a transit-oriented development project currently under construction in downtown Miami along NW 1st Avenue between NW 3rd and 8th Streets. The Brightline passenger rail service will run continuous round trips from the station, connecting Miami, Ft Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, and Orlando.

MiamiCentral Station will establish a central location for intermodal connectivity among existing South Florida transit systems by linking the Brightline rail to the Metrorail and Metro Mover loop, as well as other ground transportation services. An estimated 12 million passengers will pass through the facility each year. The project includes a pedestal with 182,000 SF of retail/F&B, plus 690,000+ SF of office space, 800 market-rate rental apartments, 1,100+ parking spaces, and an additional 35,000 SF of retail at an adjacent tower anchored by a prominent grocer. A second phase will include up to 2 super towers with luxury condos, additional office space, and a full-service hotel component.

The ground level of MiamiCentral has 30K+SF of linear street retail. The mezzanine level, dubbed CentralFare, is a curated food hall spanning 40K+SF with best in class culinary operators that reflect the unique culture and diversity found in Miami. In addition to connecting south Florida’s prominent transportation systems, the project will service the existing 220,000+ daytime population and the 85,000+ residents in the downtown area.
